Guidance Councilor - I Don't Wanna Speak
While I haven't know of Guidance Councilor for anything but this tasty treat of a video, I can't help but find them scrumptious. Their low-fi electro-rock pushes past the likes of Franz Ferdinand to something more like The Stooges.
